Founded in 2022, West Peak Warmbloods was created by
Melinda Dale, whos passion for horses has been a life long dream!
Our mission is not only to breed the ultimate performance horse but to enlist trainability and the very best of temperaments in our young horses. Aiming to breed international quality young horses that suit the professional and amateur alike.

We have been very selective in choosing our foundation stock to carry West Peak Warmbloods through its infancy and towards our ultimate goal. We have taken care to add internationally influential bloodlines throughout all of our breeding horses that have all been proudly bred here in Australia. Not only taking consideration into the pedigrees, we have focused on obtaining mares that have proven their trainability as performance horses prior too breeding. We stand by our mission to breed only from performed Sire and Dams an utilise and Embryo Transfer Program for the horses still building their ridden career right here at West Peak Warmbloods

Our broodmare heard boasts some very exciting bloodlines including, Sandro Hit, Regarded Moi, Totilas, Shriaz Black
Bon Coeur, Floriscount, Weltmeyer, Aber Hallo 29, APH Ludo and Brentano II just to name a few.

We have been very lucky to secure our foundation sire "Buckwell Park Pegasus". An exceptionally bred young stallion by the world renowned dressage sire TOTILAS, out of a brilliantly producing mare Buckwell Park Luna Eclipse (Shiraz Black x Grand Kavalier).

Beautifully located in the Scenic Rim Region of South East Queensland, our 100 acre property consists of gently rolling hills of pasture ideal for raising young performance horses.Spoilt by the subtropical climate our horses have grazing rights to lush pastures all but year round combined with very strategic nutritional management to ensure all of our young stock have the best start on their journey to elite performance.
We are always researching and keeping up with the latest information for nutritional health and care of breeding horses. Weather it be our broodmare herd, inutero foals, newborn foals or weanlings. Our utmost care goes into the longevity of West Peak Warmbloods horses.
